Meet Pam, the visionary behind Très Bella Salon & Spa since its inception in 2009, bringing over 35 years of industry expertise to the forefront. Apart from her love for beauty, Pam is devoted to community service, consistently volunteering and making impactful contributions. Her dedication extends to cultivating a unique and supportive culture within her team-based salon, setting it apart in the industry. Pam is not only a master stylist but also a proud Mimi to three grandchildren. When it comes to styling her hair, she swears by favorites like Oi Milk and Liquid Spell or More Inside: This is an Invisible Serum for those curly looks.
Debbie
Meet Debbie, a valued member of Très Bella Salon & Spa for 12 years, joining just three years after the salon’s opening. Originally from Southern California, she has fully embraced Texan life with her husband, 4 kids, and 3 dogs. She loves tennis, Pilates, and an active lifestyle. While excelling in all hairstyling aspects, highlighting and coloring are her absolute favorites. Très Bella marks Debbie’s first and only experience in a team-based salon – an environment she wouldn’t trade for anything. Her current top picks from Davines Oi Oil and More Inside: This is a Blowdry Primer, with a special love for everything Melu.
Kennedy
Meet Kennedy, one of our skilled estheticians with five years of expertise, specializing in facials—her favorite service. Beyond the spa, Kennedy is actively involved in indoor volleyball, both as a player and coach. She enjoys the lively company of her 6-year-old sassy fur baby named Duke. What makes being part of the Très Bella Salon & Spa team special for Kennedy is the unwavering support from everyone, inside and outside the salon. Her go-to [ComfortZone] product is the Skin Regimen Ginger Cleansing Oil.
Lu
Meet Lu, a devoted member of the Très Bella Salon & Spa team for over nine years, bringing extensive beauty industry experience since 2008. Not only is she a skilled stylist, but Lu also serves as an educator for Davines, recently earning certification as a Davines International Colour Genius. Originating from the Texas Hill Country, Lu is not just passionate about hair – she’s a loving mother of two. Beyond the salon, Lu loves the culinary arts, cherishing her pets, and showcasing her skills as an excellent Trivial Pursuit partner. Lu’s go-to product for her hair care is Davines Oi All in One Milk, and Naturaltech Nourishing Royal Jelly.
Brittany
Meet Brittany, a passionate hairstylist, she’s been with Très Bella Salon & Spa almost 2 years. She is a Boerne native who cherishes quality time with loved ones, finds joy in reading, and adores her loyal canine companion. Brittany values the collaborative and supportive atmosphere within the Très Bella Salon & Spa team, where growth is a collective journey. Her go-to product is Davines NaturalTech Energizing Thickening Tonic, adding a touch of magic to her styling expertise.
LAURA
Meet Laura, she is right here from Boerne and brings a warm, friendly energy to oour team. She is a proud mom to her beautiful baby girl and has a passion for making people feel their best. Whether she’s behind the chair creating great hair or helping with our guest care team to ensure every visit runs smoothly, Laura’s caring nature always shines through. Her goal is to make every guest feel welcomed, relaxed, and confident.
Mary
Meet Mary,she brings more energy and enthusiasm than most people! Married with two beautiful daughters, she calls Boerne home. A lifelong learner, she’s passionate about continuing education and is always seeking new ways to elevate her craft. While she’s skilled in all types of hair, Mary has a special love for curly textures and trying new techniques. Her dedication shines through in every guest she serves — and it shows in her glowing reviews.
Xia
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Xia is a passionate stylist who loves creating transformations through haircutting, color, and styling. For her, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping clients discover a fresh, new look that brings out their best features. When she’s not behind the chair, Xia loves exploring unique thrift finds, trying out new experiences, and savoring all kinds of cuisine as a self-proclaimed foodie. Her creativity, adventurous spirit, and keen eye for style make her a fantastic addition to our team, bringing both skill and inspiration to every appointment.
Dana
Meet Dana, she made the move from Kansas City to beautiful Boerne in 2018 with her husband of 32 years. Though her son and daughter still call Kansas City home, Dana quickly found her own sense of community here—especially after becoming a guest at Tres Bella in 2019. With a background in retail management and human resources, Dana naturally stepped into a part-time role at guest relations later that same year. She says she instantly fell in love with the atmosphere, the products, and the people—calling it the perfect job. Dana now enjoys being part of the amazing Tres Bella team, where she continues to bring warmth and professionalism to everyone who walks through the door. She’s especially grateful for the support she’s received from her fellow team members during her beautiful gray hair journey—proof that the heart of this salon is truly its people.
MJ
Meet MJ, a retired financial executive from the health care industry. MJ has been a client of Tres Bella since she moved to Boerne three years ago. MJ loved the salon and the approach to team-based values so much that she asked if she could join the team. MJ has two grown children in San Antonio and two small grandsons that she loves to spend time with. She enjoys to cook, hike, live music, travel and Pilates classes. Her favorite product from the Davines line is the curl building serum. It works really well for her on the days she wants to wear her hair natural with bouncy waves and curls. She also re-applies it again on day two with a water mist to wake up those curls!
Addie
Meet Addie, she is a lively, and chatty personality that makes her a joy to be around. She’s deeply passionate about highlights and styling, always on top of the latest trends and helping others feel confident in their look. Spending time with family and friends is a top priority for her, and she cherishes those moments of connection. When she’s not styling or hanging out with loved ones, she’s hitting workout classes! Her zest for life shines through in everything she does!
